Sales/Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales/Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, brochures, and promotional materials, to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.

  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising, to reach target audiences and generate leads.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.

  • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.
