Sales and Marketing Manager


We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that will drive brand awareness, attract target audiences, and increase sales of our products locally and globally.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:

    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

    • Analyze competitors and market conditions to inform strategic marketing decisions.

  • Marketing Strategy Development:

    • Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and target audiences.

    • Develop campaigns that highlight the unique aspects of our products and services, leveraging various channels including digital, print, and events.

    • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to ensure that marketing materials and campaigns reflect the brand’s aesthetic and values.

  • Digital Marketing & Online Presence:

    • Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website, social media platforms, and online advertising.

    • Oversee the creation of content that engages and attracts potential customers, such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and product descriptions.

    • Implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the company’s digital platforms.

  • International Marketing:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at entering and expanding into international markets.

    • Identify and pursue opportunities for international distribution and partnerships.

    • Tailor marketing campaigns to suit the preferences and regulations of different international markets.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.

    • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and return on investment for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within interior design, home decor, or related industry.

  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand management.

  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

  • Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.

  • Experience with international marketing and expansion strategies is highly desirable.
