Digital Marketer

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our fashion brand team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies to help us grow our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive sales. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products across digital platforms.​

Responsibilities

  • Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring products are accurately listed, priced, and promoted.

  • Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging and SEO-friendly content for product listings, blogs, and other online platforms.

  • Sales Optimization: Analyze sales data and website traffic to identify trends and opportunities for increasing online sales.

  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and products are delivered on time.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics to monitor website performance and generate regular reports on key metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborations: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of web analytics tools and CRM software.
