Personal Assistant

A personal assistant for a fashion house would be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the fashion house. This would include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, organizing events, and communicating with clients. They would also manage the fashion house’s social media accounts and assist with marketing and branding efforts. Additionally, they would manage the fashion house’s inventory and order supplies as needed. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication and organizational skills and experience in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments. Many PAs control access to the manager/executive.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
  • Organizing the manager’s personal commitments including travel or childcare.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in social media management.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
