Social Media (Content Creator) and Marketing

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media (Content Creator) and Marketer to join

our team in the hospitality and food services industry. This role focuses on developing

engaging content and marketing strategies to enhance our brand’s visibility, attract new

customers, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social

media platforms, and marketing tactics, and a passion for creating compelling content that

resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

● Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and

engagement.

● Create and curate high-quality content (text, images, videos) for various social media

platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.

● Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media

channels in a timely and professional manner.

● Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing

campaigns.

● Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns

and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

● Stay updated with the latest social media and marketing trends, tools, and best

practices.

● Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and crisis

management.

● Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

● Assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns.

● Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and

newsletters.

● Engage with online communities and influencers to build brand loyalty and drive

traffic.

Requirements

● 1 to 2 years experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Marketer or
similar role.
● Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to create compelling and engaging content.
● Proficient in social media management tools and analyses.
● Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong organisational and management skills.
● A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
